Today, Thursday 30 May, Love Malmö is inaugurated and thus starts a four-day skate festival.
LOVE Malmö is a collaboration between Philadelphia’s skateboarding organization Skate Philly and Skate Malmö. Legendary skate pros and rising stars from Philadelphia and skateboarders from all over the world are on site in Malmö during the event. The place is not a skate park, but part of a pedestrian promenade on Klerkgatan between St. John’s Church and Rådmansvången’s school.

Dino World
Last Saturday, the dinosaur exhibition Dino World opened at the Malmö fair.
Dino World in Malmö offers a deep dive into the latest science about these primeval beasts and their ancient world. Here is a chance to come face to face with life-sized dinosaurs. Ticket required. The exhibition lasts from May 25 to August 25, 2024.

European Street Food Awards 31 May- 2 June
The world’s largest street food competition begins the season with the first part of the competition in Hyllivångsparken in Malmö.
16 European countries compete to win Europe’s best street food.
During three days, visitors can sample food from around 20 of Sweden’s best food trucks, drink locally produced beer and listen to DJs.

The big Wine Festival in Folkets Park 1 June
The big wine festival is exactly what it sounds like – a day dedicated to wine tasting, socializing, bowling, food, cheese, music and wine drinking in Folkets Park.
The Great Vinfest takes place in Ridhuset during the day and evening, with an after-party at Far i Hatten. Note ticket required.
