Red/Green Berth Sign System

If you plan to be away from Dockan Marina with your boat for more than 24 hours, you must notify the harbour office by email at info@dockan.se or by telephone at +46 703 40 19 18. Your berth may then be used as a visitor berth during your absence.

Please note that you should not change the berth sign yourself. All sign management is handled by the harbour staff.

When returning, we recommend that you contact the harbour office no later than 12:00 noon on the day before your arrival to ensure that your berth is marked red and made available for your return. If you expect to arrive before 12:00 noon, it is advisable to notify the harbour office even earlier on the previous day.

We understand that it can be difficult to predict the exact return date and time after a longer voyage, but we appreciate receiving notice of your return as early as possible. Please note that messages received outside the harbour office opening hours may be difficult to process in time.

Please remember that it is especially important to follow the above procedure during the high season, from 22 June to 16 August.
