Below you will find information about how we handle and process personal data according to the GDPR which applies from 25 May 2018. The purpose is for you to feel confident that we respect your privacy and the right to have control over your personal data.

Within the framework of your submitted expression of interest, we will need to process personal data about you in order to be able to administer your expression of interest. In accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance, we hereby inform you about how and why we use this personal data.

People can register an interest in a mooring in Dockan Marina by filling in a form at www.dockanmarina.se.

Due to the fact that you fill in and send in the form regarding Registration of Interest for a berth in Dockan Marina, Dockan Exploatering AB will process personal data about you and is thus responsible for personal data for the data.

When you have registered as interested in a berth by filling in and submitting the form, we need to process personal data about you in order to assess whether we can offer you a berth and contact you. The personal data that is processed, with this consent as a basis, is first name, last name, street address, postal code, city, country, mobile number, telephone number and e-mail address and other information that you state in your registration of interest. The information is processed by our naval personnel.

We will save your personal information as long as we assess that we will be able to offer you a berth within a year. If you have not heard from you for 12 months after your registration of interest was submitted, the registration of interest and personal data will be deleted.

You have the right to request access to personal data that is stored about you and to have it corrected if it is incorrect. You can revoke your consent at any time and request that the personal data be deleted or that the processing of the personal data be restricted and have, under certain conditions, the right to object to the processing.

If you feel that we do not process your personal data correctly, you can turn to the Data Inspectorate with complaints.
