There is just over a week left until Christmas Eve, and in the final host update of the year we are rounding up tips for this year’s Christmas events and activities. 🎅
At Fanny’s Adventure, you can join Fanny’s Magical Christmas, and on 23 December it’s time for Christmas Holidays at Funny’s, offering a wide range of activities throughout the entire holiday.
Look for snowmen, do Christmas crafts, dance at the Christmas disco, and see this year’s Christmas performance in the theatre barn.
Please note that Fanny’s Adventure has adjusted opening hours during the Christmas period.

Tomorrow, Tuesday 16 December, The Nutcracker will be performed at Malmö Live.
The world-famous ballet by Pyotr Tchaikovsky is performed by Ukrainian ballet stars.

There will be an Ice Skating Disco in Folkets Park on Friday 19 January from 5:00–8:00 pm.

On Saturday mornings from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, from 20 December to 31 January, there will be an Ice Skating Disco for children, where the small rink turns into a disco rink for young skaters.

This weekend, Folkets Park once again transforms into a magical place as Winter Circus comes to town – a circus for the whole family, “Circus Superheroes.”
Step into the ring where the world’s bravest heroes have gathered – flying acrobats, lightning-fast jugglers, and the super-strong, super-kind clown Cito. Together they fight to save the world.
Performances take place on Fri 19 Dec at 6:00 pm, Sat 20 Dec at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, and Sun 21 Dec at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. Advance booking is required.

On the weekend of 20–21 December, there will be a Christmas Market at Kronprinsen.
Open from 12:00–4:00 pm both days.

The Christmas Market at Gustav Adolf’s Square is open Thursday to Sunday until Christmas.
At the market, you can buy Christmas gifts such as handicrafts from several local and regional exhibitors.
Mrs. Claus and Santa Claus will be there to greet all well-behaved children.

On Saturday 20 December, it’s time for a home game for Malmö Redhawks. Malmö’s own hockey team faces Luleå at Malmö Arena at 3:15 pm.

On Sunday 21 December, the city will be filled with running Santas as it’s time for this year’s Santa Run.
A free 19 km run organized by Malmö Running Association.
The race starts from Hylliekroken at 10:30 am, and participants are free to run all or part of the course.

On 27 December, the much-anticipated Winter Games start up again.
Visitors can learn to build robots, play board games, video games and computer games, create comics, build spacecraft, take part in cosplay, and much more.
The Winter Games run until 6 January.
Location: Vintergatan 16, Malmö, in the Nyhamnen area. The venue is about an 8-minute walk from Malmö Central Station. The nearest city bus stops are Malmö C or Malmö C Norra.
