The first month of spring is here and brings lots of fun activities. 🌞
Last Saturday marked the start of this year’s edition of BUFF – a national film festival for children and young people.
Take part in seminars, talks and various events. The films are shown at different cinemas in Malmö.
For anyone under 25, a festival wristband costs SEK 100 and gives free admission subject to availability. The wristband can be purchased on the website or at the cinema box offices.
The festival runs until Friday, March 13.

On Thursday, March 12 (All Sausages Day 😊), there will be a “Dachshund Parade” at Caroli City from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.

This weekend it’s once again time for the Beer and Whisky Festival at Malmömässan.
The festival offers rum and whisky schools, tastings, seminars and more.
Please note that the event has a 20-year age limit and is cash-free.

On Saturday, March 14, it is also the premiere of “Once Upon a House” at Malmö City Theatre, a play written by Anders Lundin.
What is really going on in an ordinary apartment building in Malmö? In the laundry room, the stairwell, the small neighborhood shop – and in the bathtub?

All Is Under Control is a dreamlike journey through searching, longing, hope and doubt. The performance is produced in collaboration with Skånes Dansteater and runs until April 12 at Moomsteatern.

A ceramics market will be held at Mitt Möllan on Saturday, March 14, from 11 am to 5 pm. The market brings together ceramicists and designers from Malmö and around the country – from newly emerging creators to established artists.

Make a difference for children on the run!
Between March 9–15, a “Heart Workshop” will be hosted at Strawberry hotels in Malmö. Everyone is welcome to join and create through the initiative Key to the Future, which supports UNICEF’s vital work. For every heart created, Strawberry donates SEK 10 to UNICEF.
